This home is exactly as the pictures! Very clean and spacious. Our group was 2 adult couples. We had the master bedroom - which has a very generous closet and loads of room for luggage and personal items. The master bath was fabulous with a steam shower! The other couple used the other side of the house which has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom across the hall. They used one of the bedrooms as a closet because they had lots of luggage . Plus it has a second living room and full bath. So they each had their own bathroom. They considered it their suite!!!
We cooked several meals in the kitchen - it is a Wolf appliance kitchen! They also supply a coffee maker and a Keurig. Plenty of towels in all the bathrooms and we all agreed the beds were comfy!

VIP was great all the way thru. House was excellent. Beautiful views beautiful home.

By far the best vacation home ever for those who appreciate mountain views. The views were spectacular, the home provided cabin like feel with some luxury benefits. The area was secluded, but yet neighbors nearby. Wild deer were right outside your window in the mornings. There is a game room with a pool table, ping pong table, and other games. If you like hot tubs, they have that too. You won't be disappointed.

Have stayed in some dozen VRBO homes- always for a week or longer.
No location had a better view and patio furniture than is one.

Perfect vacation rental

As said 'Seclusion' is best to describe the house location. You do have neighbors but you don't see them unless you are near the garage or back on the road. Everything was great. House was as expected from the photos. No problems with check in or our check out. Hope to go back one day.

We had a party of 7 ages ranging from 6 to 67. Everyone was comfortable and just loved the home. The view was amazing. Kitchen and living area was very spacious and the Hot Tub was clean. Our purpose was skiing at Wolf Creek. Easy drive to the hill and close enough to amenities but remote enough to enjoy the beauty of God’s creation.

From start to finish it was great. Easy booking, easy communication. The house is 5 minutes from downtown but feels like your in the wilderness. Great views of the sunset. House is very nice. Has everything you need. Great host. Definitely will try to return.

This house is incredible! Fully stocked kitchen! The views are amazing, especially from the hot tub. We took full advantage of the game room, hiked all around the property, and were able to enjoy our Thanksgiving traditions all from the comfort of this beautiful home. We will definitely be back!

The pictures are great but if you can believe it, it’s even better in real life. My family had an amazing 6 night stay and we didn’t want to leave. My wife fell in love with the kitchen. Said it was her “dream kitchen”. Could use more spatulas but other than that it was well stocked.
We got over 18 inches of snow which made Christmas Day a joy playing with our kids on the property. Tons of space to explore and it feels so secluded.
Take note, in one of the pictures it shows a room with two beds but it actually only has one.
Every time we went into the kitchen we had to stop and admire the absolutely gorgeous view. It’s truly a screensaver.
VIP was very responsive and helpful from the beginning. We can’t wait to rent this house again.

My wife and I just departed from this spectacular property. Combining the privacy of the location with the quality of the property and management team makes for a unique A+ experience. We enjoyed our time here and would absolutely return.

This was our breakout of COVID confinement for our 3 generation family. This house more than satisfied our needs. First of all, we love to have our own space and we love to share space. My husband sat in a comfortable chair and watched his 5 and 3 year olds build LEGOS creations. My son-in-law loved the quiet of the early mornings on the deck, overlooking w beautiful valley. We all loved Happy Hour on the deck as well as cooking in a perfectly equipped kitchen. Oh that Wolf Range - I want one. The configuration of the bedrooms was ideal - we had the MBR on one side of the house and our daughter and family had the two bedrooms and bath on the other side. The nanny lucked out and got the adjoining suite with a separate entrance - as well as a door to the main house. This is our third trip to Pagosa Springs in one year - and we will want to make this an annual trip to this particular house.

This house was perfect for our friends’ getaway. 2 couples enjoyed the great outdoors and Pagosa Springs. Management company was available for all our questions and was so prompt with everything. The house had everything we needed and more. Beautiful view and felt very remote but was close to town! Thanks for a wonderful time.

The pictures do not do this home and 5 acres justice. The home is amazing, with so many great features. Our family of 10 really enjoyed our week here. It is also conveniently located. There is a Walmart and Kroger within 2 miles of the home and only a few miles from downtown Pagosa and all the hot springs, restaurants and shopping. The entire management team were amazing to deal with also, Stuart, Jessica and Lori stayed in touch throughout the stay to make sure we had everything we need. We will definitely be staying here again!!

We booked this property for a last minute trip for two families. It was a gorgeous house with plenty to do for the family (exercise gym, game room, great kitchen, open dining). Special touches of fire places on, Christmas tree lights on, etc. were especially appreciated. Management group and concierge services were great, We sent a grocery list and they had groceries there at our arrival. Very nice. Highly recommend. Oh ... and a beautiful view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Pagosa, mainly thanks to this home. The location was perfect, the views were stunning, and the home itself was so beautiful (pictures don’t do it justice). Half of our party arrived a couple of hours early, and the hosts happily accommodated that. They were so grateful since they were traveling with a 10 month old! We were lucky enough to have some beautiful Fall weather and also about 8” of snow! There were sleds available for us to pull the kids on and a large hot tub to warm up in after playing in the snow. We had planned to get takeout or delivery most days, but the kitchen was so amazing, we just bought groceries (grocery stores are less than 10 minutes away) and made dinner every night. We will certainly be back to Pagosa and will be booking this home again. Highly recommend!

We had a short stay here last weekend, just myself, my daughter and husband, and my cousin. We spent the majority of our time on the back porch, it has a stupendous view and is very quiet. You feel like you're among the clouds. I took amazing pictures of the sunset, did yoga on the sunny wood floors, and we spent a little time every day in the very large, very clean hot-tub (very clean, loved that part). The kitchen was fully equipped, which is good because we cooked all of our own meals since we were trying to be self-contained and safe. We grilled one night and turned on the fire in the back and it felt like we were really away from it all!We walked around the neighborhood and saw a few folks, everyone waved and was friendly and the view down the road was really beautiful.I feel like one more night here would have been perfect, so next time I'll book 3 nights. This could easily be a vacation spot to meet my colorado family in once things get back to normal, there's a ton of biking and hiking in Pagosa and the river's right there, plus they could drive their camper up and park in the large parking lot onsite. Maybe this summer !! All in all this was a great experience, thank you for doing it right!

Our family had such an amazing time in Pagosa Springs and this house was absolutely perfect! The views were amazing from the back porch and it was very peaceful and quiet there. The home was very clean and well taken care of and if we had any questions they were answered right away. The kids loved the hot tub and all the deer on the property as well. The only negative I would have from our stay would be the Orkin man ringing our doorbell at 9a.m saying he needed to come spray the outside and inside of the house during our stay and the game room was really dirty. The game room (which is separate from the house) had empty water and soda bottles and food wrappers all over the room and some sort of animal droppings close to the dart board. Other than that are stay was very relaxing and it was a perfect getaway for our family! We would definitely stay here again for our next Pagosa trip!

The house and location are gorgeous. Honestly could not ask for better views, outdoor space, privacy, etc. After a few days, it felt like home for us and we were sad to leave. The communication with the property manager during our stay was outstanding, and everything was so simple. The only disappointment we had was the pool table was not assembled, and the teenagers we took looked forward to that. BUT it was probably a blessing because it kept everyone together in the house and outside as much as possible.

We loved this house. The views from the back deck were amazing and the home was very comfortable for our group of 7.

We really loved the views of this home! Beyond that, the home was well maintained and had an incredible kitchen/dining area. The property manager was also readily available for any questions we had along the way. The location is well centered to get to downtown, out to Walmart, or the City Market. Thankfully, the VIP service helped with the groceries on the front end. We had 2 families at the residence, so the only drawback is the difference in the 2 king bedrooms for the adults as far as size of the rooms go. The larger suite is fantastic though!

We were extremely happy with the rental and the concierge service! We had booked another rental and as we were driving to Colorado, the concierge called saying that there was a problem with the other rentals boiler. They ended up putting us in the Oakbrush home and we are so happy they did! This had a great view and the home was clean and had everything from a double shower in the master bath with a steamer, outside hot tub, an incredible kitchen with every appliance imaginable and the entire house was wired with speakers so we could enjoy music while sitting in our outside. The concierge service followed up with us several times during the trip making sure we were happy and everything was ok. We will definitely return!

This property by far exceeded our expectations! Hosting guests with us who were blown away by our choice in lodging and the amenities offered. None of us had 4 wheel drive but still navigated up and down the mountain with no worries. Definitely looking into booking this property in the summer as well! Will return!

I stay in Pagosa often, this has been my favorite accommodations do date. The property is amazing. The view is fabulous, I'd love to come back for a summer stay. I cant say enough about the Chefs kitchen, they have everything you need along with things you didn't know you needed. Enjoyed the stay and will book here again.

Pagosa Springs in the place to go if you want a small town feel (you can find parking spots and dinner without a reservation). The locals are very friendly and most helpful. Pagosa has all the amenities and great views and hikes one could want; but not at inflated prices.

Forever View is aptly names. The house and views are amazing. Too many feature to mention; the multiple living and activity areas were wonderful for our group. Only issue is the ongoing landscape activity; once done will be fantastic. Workers were respective and worked around us. Overall, another great stay in Pagosa and at Forever Views

This house is truly incredible and we’ve stayed in many nice places on vacation. Our 4 couples each had our own spacious living area with our own bathroom. The house is beautifully furnished and decorated and has phenomenal views. Each evening we enjoyed cocktails on the deck admiring the beautiful scenery and wildlife. On 2 evenings we enjoyed the well equipped media room. The hot tub felt amazing after long hikes. We never experienced the sauna but it was available. Lori and the VIP management team were extremely responsive to any questions we had about the house. They are definitely a 5 star management team, along with the house.

Pagosa is our perfect get away from city noise, congestion and heat. A very relaxed trip. Hike when you want, float in the hot springs, enjoy a libation or two, eat wonderful meals and "jeep" through the forest trails. Most important all the folks we met were inviting and friendly.

Wonderful log home with quality in every room and great attention to detail. We've stayed in many homes in Pagosa Springs, and this, by far, is the best. We would love to return.

Very beautiful, well decorated and equipped large home in a quiet exclusive neighborhood with very large lots. This house is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac with national forest adjacent to the back of the property, with gorgeous views all around. Great place for our entire family, including a 7 month old and 2 year old. We’ll be sure to come back!!

We thoroughly enjoyed this 3/3 condo set along the San Juan River. The weather was beautiful, and the condo mgmt. was wonderful to work with. This condo is well equipped and provided for. Be warned though the Canadian geese that are beautiful to watch in the backyard can be a bit noisy talking all night long to each other. We thought it was funny

Spent five days at Escapa Riverwalk for a ski week. Beautiful condo, well equipped, clean, and nice location. Highly recommend.

The property is perfectly located to the hot springs and restaurants and shops. The property is well heated with an radiant floor system that didn't make the property too hot. Everyone had pleasant nights of sleep without being too warm. Some of the cooking utensils could use an upgrade or replacement but nothing too bad. We were able to cook Thanksgiving dinner successfully.

Nice place close to balloon fest and downtown. Saw lots of deer. Was quiet and nice walking trails. Could use some updates but was comfortable. Would stay again!

The deck provides a peaceful view of the river to drink your morning coffee. Pagosa is a lovely friendly place to stay, so relaxing!

My only complaint was the stairs as I am disabled, and was not aware that the living room, kitchen, and master suite were all upstairs. Beyond that, the place was perfect.

Conveniently located close to town but still close to nature. We woke up every morning to groups of dear grazing. The river was low this time of year but was perfect for the kids to wade in. The property was well kept with everything we could need. The dining table extension was great for the game nights and family dinners with the grandparents we were visiting on this trip. Great location on the river. Nice welcome package when we arrived, too! So peaceful and easy to get to the springs and town, and lots of hiking in the area. It is large, has all the amenities you need and would expect for a vacation rental. Nothing was left forgotten. The balconies were lovely on both the front and the back of the house giving you a break from the sun depending on the time of day, and a wonderful view of the river. Large garage to store your stuff, or your car, too. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend to single family travelers, or two families as well! Communication with the property management was easy and very responsive too. They offered to assist with vacation planning etc... It was a great experience and stay! We hope to be back!

Everything was perfect and property management was very proactive and super attentive. We never needed anything during our stay, but it was great that they checked in with me daily. Great combination of a clean unit with a private garage, the river being 30 steps from the backdoor, and the location (about 1/2 a mile from downtown). We stayed for 8 days and ate in the unit most nights, so I can say that all appliances including the washer / dryer worked perfectly. It was a treat for our dogs and son to see the deer and the geese in the morning. We cannot wait for our next visit.

We had a fantastic time visiting Pagosa! This rental unit is in a great location for access to the hot springs, nearby nature trails, and restaurants. The unit has a weird layout and was very basic in terms of decor and amenities compared to other vacation homes we've stayed at. The property manager, Jennifer, was very accommodating for our slightly early arrival, easy to contact, courteous, and professional. The home does need a little TLC but otherwise we had a great time!

It was great. The place was nice, comfortable, warm (loved the garage), well stocked, and a great location. The Heater kept going down to 55-60 degrees in some rooms, so we had to check it, regularly or get cold. At least it worked

Loved the rental. Wasn't use to having no A/C, but CO is quite different than Louisiana! Clean, neat, comfortable, and a PERFECT location! Saw deer from our balcony every evening!

The online listing stated that there was air conditioning. This was a mistake or oversight. There was none. The property manager was very congenial and apologetic. We just happened to be there in the hottest week of the year and didn’t know Colorado protocol. We learned to open the doors at night and close them in the mornings! Over all, a fantastic property. We can’t wait to go back!
