This amazing home has a fantastic view, is close to Hatcher Lake yet minutes to grocery shopping, restaurants, breweries, and the world famous Pagosa Hot Springs. This home is on a quiet street and walking distance to the Turkey Springs Trail Systems with miles and miles of hiking and snowmobiling. Drive a little further and you disappear into the wilderness surrounding Pagosa with seemingly endless rivers and beautiful lakes, perfect for fishing, picnics and wildlife watching.
This home is perfect for family gatherings or cozy enough for romantic escapes. Large, high ceiling living room with a 3 sided glass gas fireplace, cozy furniture and plenty of room for the whole group to hang out. The large smart TV, DVD player in the family room, and spacious dining area are all open to the gourmet kitchen to keep the family together when preparing meals. Kitchen is well equipped, very open and easy to prep and cook your favorite meals after enjoying the snow or cooking your best catch from the very close lake or nearby rivers. Refrigerator, stove / oven, breakfast bar, microwave, dishwasher, full service dishes and silverware, blender and crock pot as well as many cooking dishes and prep bowls provided.
Fastest Wifi in Pagosa recently added as well as an old school tabletop Pacman machine with 60 free games! The master bedroom is on the main floor with a king bed, beautiful views and large walk thru closet that leads to the laundry room. The master includes an en suite large bathroom with above counter sinks, private water closet, large tub and walk in shower. Master walks out to back deck to enjoy the relaxing porch swing and watch the stars or passing wildlife. Upstairs, you will find 2 nice rooms each with a queen bed, + office area and plenty of room to play. On the 2nd floor loft area you will also find great Pagosa Peak mountain views and common large bathroom with walk in shower. The floor below the main level has another bedroom with a full bed and fun room for kids to play games, walk out sliding doors and another full bathroom.
ALL TRAILERS, RV'S, CAMPERS OR OTHER RECREATION VEHICLES MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO BE ALLOWED ON PREMISES.
This is a pet friendly home. Dogs only, 2 max. The pet fee is $75 per pet, as well as an additional $100 refundable security deposit per pet.
This home does not have AC.
Garage is available for use.

What a fantastic find. Comfortable, extremely clean and very well furnished! Had a minor issue with master bath shower head and was fixed same day! Clean and updated kitchen stocked with everything you’d need at home. Bedrooms and baths were extremely clean and comfortable. We’ll definitely be repeat tenants.

We stayed at here at vista view for our 2nd time. The week before Christmas 2022. We love this little lodge! My wife and I,our two adult daughter's and husbands. The nicest thing of this lodge is everyone has there own personal space to retreat too when needing a break from activities. Four bedrooms each with it's own bathroom is very nice and private. The Lodge completely meets your expectations and the views of mt pagosa are gorgeous! My son in laws got hooked on the sit down table top game console! We cant wait for our next visit!

This was such a fun, beautiful place to stay!! It’s very open and roomy!! We loved having the be huge doors open letting in the fresh air and having the deck become an extension of the house! We also loved that there was a full bathroom on all three levels and that the kitchen had anything you could ever need! Thank you so much!! We hope to be back soon!

The area is very quiet and close to a lake. Between grilling and coffee on the decks, long walks around the lake, a kitchen ready for cooking, and a clean and comfortable house, this was a really great house. We were able to bring our dogs and really wind down and relax. The house was clean and the host was so responsive!

We had a wonderful time at the Vista View Lodge in Pagosa Springs. The house was very comfortable and in a beautiful location, just a few miles outside the town. We went there mostly for hiking and enjoyed the trails close by as well as those further away. We will definitely be back!

This house was perfect for our family, once we arrived we had easy access into the home and we loved that it was close to the lakes and downtown area. The home was equipped with everything we needed and the kids had a blast on the outdoor swing. Overall best property I have stayed at hands down! We enjoyed our stay and the house accommodated two families of 4. It was very clean and the communication from start to finish was excellent. The only thing I didn't love were the vessel sinks in the master bathroom. This type of a sink is a personal preference thing so it's not going to drop my rating of the property. They're more for looks and not for daily function.

The stay was wonderful overall. The home had everything listed in the listing and even more. Small nitpicks were poor WiFi connectivity and poor lighting in the living space for night activities. Overall a beautiful home with everything that was needed.

Probably the best VRBO we have ever stayed at! Gorgeous home with every amenity. Loved grilling outside and sitting in the back porch swing. Our little 8 pound ShihZu loved it as well and we really appreciated it being dog friendly. Proximity to hiking and biking was wonderful! Recommend this home highly! Nice clean and up-to-date home! Good neighborhood with pretty views. Close to some very nice hiking. Fun balcony on the back of house with porch swing and nice views. The house was just as beautiful as the pictures. It is in a quiet neighborhood with not very many houses around. Perfect location for us... just minutes to Piedra River for hiking, or mountain biking down Nipple mountain or soaking in the hot springs. Jessica was quick to make sure we had everything we needed and to answer all our questions. Warm and cozy with all the necessities of home and in close proximity to grocery store made this a perfect place for us to stay. Thank you!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Lodge! It had plenty of room for our us and our 4 grown teenagers wanting their own space. Location was just down the road from the main town area, lots of restaurant options with in a 10 minute drive and a grocery store at the main entry! House had all the necessities needed. Highly recommend!
