There is an outdoor camera on the front porch facing the driveway and garage area, and also a camera on the outside of the master bedroom balcony facing the back pasture of the house.
This home is NOT pet friendly.
This home does not have AC (like most residences in this area). Fans are provided for comfort.

This house is truly incredible and we’ve stayed in many nice places on vacation. Our 4 couples each had our own spacious living area with our own bathroom. The house is beautifully furnished and decorated and has phenomenal views. Each evening we enjoyed cocktails on the deck admiring the beautiful scenery and wildlife. On 2 evenings we enjoyed the well equipped media room. The hot tub felt amazing after long hikes. We never experienced the sauna but it was available. Lori and the VIP management team were extremely responsive to any questions we had about the house. They are definitely a 5 star management team, along with the house.

The house was beautifully decorated, they had a Christmas tree up during our stay. The rental had plenty of paper supplies and the kitchen was fully stocked for anything you may need. They were a few plastic sleds in the garage for the kids to use. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the living room and master bedroom had great views of the mountains.

Pagosa is our perfect get away from city noise, congestion and heat. A very relaxed trip. Hike when you want, float in the hot springs, enjoy a libation or two, eat wonderful meals and "jeep" through the forest trails. Most important all the folks we met were inviting and friendly.

Very beautiful, well decorated and equipped large home in a quiet exclusive neighborhood with very large lots. This house is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac with national forest adjacent to the back of the property, with gorgeous views all around. Great place for our entire family, including a 7 month old and 2 year old. We’ll be sure to come back!!

Beautiful home! Pictures do not do it justice. I highly recommend this property! The layout was wonderful for our group. The theater, hot tube and fire place where very relaxing following a long day of skiing. I am looking forward to our next visit!!!

Beautiful home with fantastic views, a great place to relax and unwind!
Pagosa Springs in the place to go if you want a small town feel (you can find parking spots and dinner without a reservation). The locals are very friendly and most helpful. Pagosa has all the amenities and great views and hikes one could want; but not at inflated prices.
Forever View is aptly names. The house and views are amazing. Too many feature to mention; the multiple living and activity areas were wonderful for our group. Only issue is the ongoing landscape activity; once done will be fantastic. Workers were respective and worked around us. Overall, another great stay in Pagosa and at Forever Views
