This 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury home is located in one of the most desirable vacation home areas. Just 10 minutes to town with the World Famous Hot Springs, shopping, dining and riverwalk and just 15 minutes to the top of the mountain where Wolf Creek Ski Resort is located. It's perfect for both summer and winter.
Winter's Cabin is newly built, perfectly decorated and amazing wood work throughout the home. As you walk in the home, you'll immediately be amazed by the views of the San Juan Mountains from every room. The living room is 2 story's high, wood fireplace, comfy leather couches, large TV and opens to the dining and kitchen. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and has everything a chef would want to make a warm meal after a long day in the snow. The large deck runs the full length of the home and has nice outside furniture to relax and to enjoy a meal. There is also a gas BBQ and a sunken hot tub.
The master and guest bedrooms are both on the main floor. The master has access to the deck, a king bed and large private bathroom and a gas fireplace. The guest bedroom has a king bed and has the house full bathroom just outside. Upstairs is a large loft where the kids can hang out, relax, and also have another full bathroom.
This area is perfect for evening walks, nearby hikes and also has private access to the San Juan River.
All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.
This home is pet friendly. There is a $75.00 pet fee per dog, as well as a $100.00 refundable deposit per dog. 2 dog max
This home does not allow smoking.
This home has Air Conditioning
There is also a 50 amp Tesla car charger in the garage.

We travel to Pegosa Springs every year for a winter ski break. This year we were lucky enough to find this little jewel! It was very clean, had everything we needed and was close to most restaurants and Walmart! The boot rack and dryer were awesome!!! We will definitely try to snag this one next time!!!!

My husband and I travel to Pagosa every year after Christmas to celebrate our anniversary. Pagosa is special to us because it is where he proposed and we got married. After 5 years of visiting, this was by far the BEST experience and stay that we have had. This towenhouse was nothing short of AMAZING and top of line in all aspects. There is no mountain views but if you are looking to just relax and enjoy the town this one is perfect. We did see several Mule deer walking past our window this year which we are assuming it was due to lack of snow that has fallen.VIP Management company were also awesome with communication.

This condo is tucked away in a private, quiet residential area but minutes away from many stores and restaurants. The condo was very clean and well taken care of. The condo was stocked with many great, upgraded extras making it feel more like home. Even extras for your four legged friends. Both beds were very comfortable and for us that can make or break a vacation. Both bedrooms are on the first floor, with their own bathroom. This helped make the stay easier with our special needs daughter. The washer and dryer were a life saver! The steam shower and heated bathroom floor was amazing! Almost all of the lighting fixtures had dimmable features available and easy on the eyes up-lighting.
We forgot our fans but the staff was very accommodating and provided two fans for us the same day. We will definitely be back. If this property is not available we will definitely stay with VIP's other properties.

This duplex was perfect for my family of six. It was loaded with ammenities that truly made the stay more enjoyable. The heated floors in the bathroom, the steam shower, and the ski boot drying rack really came in handy to warm us up and dry our our clothes after a long day on the slopes. All of the beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms offer privacy from other guests. There were also plenty of games available to entertain my younger children. The duplex is in a private subdivision but just a short drive to downtown and the springs. We would definitely stay there again!
This was a beautiful place and was perfect for what we needed. Would be the perfect place for 2 couples! We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and well stocked.
