when you rent a vacation home it is the whole house I found a vehicle in the garage and we could not park our vehicle

This place was exactly like the pictures showed. We enjoyed our stay. The steps wore us out carrying all our stuff in but we are just out of shape!

This rental met our needs very well. it was located in a quiet area of Lake Hatcher and we enjoyed the area. Great for walks and watching deer It is pet friendly and we appreciated no fireworks. VIP was helpful.

Very satisfied. Home was well equipped and clean. Our liaison was very attentive and helpful.

The house was perfect for our family. Property management was very helpful. The house had all the equipment we needed for cooking, plenty of space for the kids, and the hot tub was nice after a day of skiing. Overall, we had a great trip.

The property was spacious, updated, perfectly located close to everything in town and warm and cozy! We loved it! We had two families in the home and we each had plenty of room and every convenience we could have asked for. VIP Vacation Rentals was absolutely wonderful to us throughout and after our stay. Lori, specifically was so responsive, kind and helpful through our entire stay. From the initial contact to check out we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you VIP for making our stay easy! My son left his Nintendo Switch at the property and they even located it for us and mailed it home to us after our stay! Five stars. ⭐️⭐️

Excellent

This house was perfect, very clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable which is not always true on a rental. The location is perfect, you are right by some Great Lakes to paddle board or just a couple minutes from town. I would right recommend this place.

My family and I spent four wonderful days in Pagosa Springs in this beautiful home. The home was in a great location. The décor in the home is modern and beds are comfortable. I would definitely consider returning to this home if we go back to Pagosa.

We enjoyed our experience staying in Mountain Time for the week. It was a pleasant time with family and fun. Our one issue was resolved quickly and effectively making the week go by smooth.

We stay in Pagosa 4-5x per year and have stayed in a variety of luxury homes and condos. This house is now among our top choices, we're staying there again in March. The house is recently renovated and well equipped. Easily sleeps 2 families with the potential for more. All of the appliances, counter top appliances, dishes, utensils...plenty of them and clearly new. Home is stylish and cozy, perfectly located a mile from City Market and 35 mins from Wolf Creek.

This was a lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bath home. There were 4 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of space for us all, with some to spare. Because of the recent hot summers, we rented a home with airconditioning, and this was an added plus to our stay.

Every room was spacious, every bed even the bunk beds were super comfortable, snacks, hygiene products came in handy, the hot tub was clean, the neighbors were quite and non-intrusive, the house is close to town and the grocery store. We have no complaints. The house was clean, we really enjoyed our stay

Very clean, Great location, had a great time!

Great location, great house with plenty of space just as pictured! We especially loved that the kitchen was well stocked. They had a few spices and staples that a lot of rentals don’t leave so that was great. Our only complaints were the tv in the living area was the only one that worked and the downstairs beds were dirty with hair on the sheets. Other than that it was great and we would stay here again.

This cabin is in a quiet neighborhood with a good view from deck. We were able to enjoy watching hot air balloons rise over the trees in the mornings. The cabin is close to some hiking trailheads. The VIP host service was very responsive and helpful to any questions I had.

Great house

Great Stay. Cozy little house on the outer edge of a lake subdivision. Close to town yet "out" of the way. Definitely dog/ animal friendly neighborhood as most of the residents have large dogs. The back porch is great for catching the Sunset. Kitchen has everything you need. Everything functioned as needed. Clean. Odorless.

Nice property and great communication! Immediate response to text well after hours when arriving to help us. House is great and lots of rooms/beds. Having garage access was nice with our pets that were also accepted. Quite neighborhood and awesome patio with view! Perfect location to hit trails and still be short drive in town. Comfortable bed and hot shower. Nice TV and good internet. Not much else could ask for! Some of the communications with VIP for concierge services etc. a little over the top but not overwhelming. The extra little random touches VIP provided like snacks was awesome more like resort treatment.
