Swiss Village is located in the San Juan River Village area about 5 minutes to downtown Pagosa Springs, just 15 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski area, with very quick and easy access to HWY 160.

This cabin has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You enter the cabin through a mud room / laundry room. Down a short hall is the main living area with living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room has a new smart TV, internet only, cozy couches and chairs, with wonderful views of the mountains and forest. The dining room is large enough for the gang to play games and enjoy meals. There is a gas fireplace in the dining area, as well as, access to the deck where you can enjoy the peace and quiet, a glass of wine or your morning coffee. The kitchen is well stocked and ready for you to feed the gang.

Down the hall is a king bedroom with new smart TV, a large bathroom with a tub and shower. Also, it has a nice sauna to relax after a full day.

Up the stairs are 2 more bedrooms and another full bathroom. One room has a king bed and a new smart TV. The other bedroom has two full size beds, a TV with DVD and VHS player.

All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.

This home is NOT pet friendly. 

This home does not have AC.

This home is a beautiful cabin nestled  in the woods. There is plenty of wildlife to enjoy and you will be enjoying the true Colorado mountain experience.

Rustic Charm

Great family cabin to bring the kids and dog. Very close to the main highway so expect traffic noise. Loved the outdoor deck to sit and drink coffee in the mornings. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Bathroom jetted tub and sauna was a nice surprise. All beds were comfortable. Property management was excellent and very responsive to any questions, needs that we had.

VIP was very professional and prompt with communications. The home itself was clean, but overall dated and well used on the inside. The whole house is carpet and there is no air conditioning, so it was very warm at night. The home is right off the hwy, so you can hear traffic all day. There was a $1000 pet deposit, for 2 dogs, for 2 nights, which was fully charged on our credit card and will be refunded in 7-10 days post processing. This is a huge deposit that we've never experienced in any other rental or hotel before in 20 years of traveling everywhere. Some places just put it as a hold, but a full charge is excessive. Overall, the company was good to work with, but the price and extra charges were excessive for the home.

This cabin was just ok for our stay in the area. The sheets and towels were clean, however, the furniture (couches, living room chair, dining room seat cushions) were stained and made it feel not very clean. I had to brush crumbs off of the couches and chair upon our arrival.The deck and deck furniture were covered in pollen upon our arrival as well. I'm sure this is not easy to keep up with, but the deck furniture should have been cleaned off and the deck blown/swept off before we got there. Instead, we had to do this to be able to enjoy the deck the evening we arrived.At one place, the listing showed that the cabin had easy access to the highway. That is true because the cabin is right off the highway. You can see cars and trucks passing by from the deck, and you can hear the traffic from inside the cabin.

Since one of the main highways is just a few yards away, we had to adjust to the traffic noise. Overall, with a few cabin updates and lawn maintenance, it is a comfortable place to stay.

We had a great trip. Unlike some other experiences we’ve had this cabin had a well stocked kitchen with all the pots, pans and utensils. It was really clean. It is not a large cabin but it is well Layer out and all 6 of has space to relax.

Had a wonderful time on our weekend getaway. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful scenery. Especially loved the snacks that were left by our host after a long days travel. Absolutely love Pagosa Springs and will definitely stay here again. Note to add- our property manager was incredible, very communicative, and informative.
