This home is located right near beautiful Lake Pagosa, a short drive to restaurants & shops, and
a few miles from downtown Pagosa Springs. Wolf Creek Ski Area is just 30 minutes away. In the
home we you’ll find good Wi-Fi and plenty of games including a ping pong table, darts &
corn hole. It is pet friendly with a fenced in back yard.
The interior is tastefully furnished. There is a queen master bedroom, a second queen bedroom and a third bedroom with a full/twin bunk bed. Two full bathrooms with a shower/bathtub. The maximum occupancy is 6 guests.

All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.

This is a pet friendly home. Dogs only, 2 max. The pet fee is $75 per pet, as well as an additional $100 refundable security deposit per pet.
Please note there is a $50 cancellation fee that applies to all cancellations made after booking.

House is very well setup, we like to cook even when traveling and it kitchen had everything we could have asked for! Very dog friendly as well with fenced in yard and pup loved taking walks around the lake which is just down the road. Kids loved all the games that were left out for us to use, never bored on a trip to Pagosa, but this house made our trip that much more enjoyable and relaxing!

House was perfect for us! Great location with easy access to everything in Pagosa. We took a hike down to the Piedra river and were very appreciative of the backyard and hose after the dogs got dirty!

Family loves coming to Pagosa over winter for skiing at wolf creek and soaking in hot springs. This was the perfect place for us, plenty of space and very well equipped. Garage stays very warm so that is great in winter for storing ski stuff (also nice since there is a ping pong table in there!). Fenced in yard is a huge plus for our dogs. Saw some deer passing through right behind house one afternoon!

Our family had a wonderful time on our visit to Pagosa Spring in part due to the accommodations of this rental. The 2 queen beds have amazingly comfortable mattresses. The kitchen is more than amply stocked with dishes and silverware. The only downside was this rental was listed as a sleeps 8 - which required the use of an air mattress ( provided by the rental) for our group. Unfortunately we did not have room to effectively accommodate the mattress. Everything else was A plus

This house was so well equipped in the kitchen. I love that. Even had lots of spices and condiments. It’s in a great neighborhood. I walked about 5 miles every day and it was safe and beautiful. Only about 10 minutes to town.

Very good communication and home was well stocked and good location. Lawn was long and could have been mowed. Internet was not the best but that’s most likely due to the area. Beds were comfortable and kitchen Had everything we needed. Would book again. Dog friendly home but be warned the town of Pagosa is not. There is a city rule of no pets in restaurants or on patios.

We enjoyed our stay in this home!
Spacious rooms and fully equipped with all kitchen gadgets one could ever want! Very quiet neighborhood and fully fenced backyard for doggies. If they didnt have memory foam beds I would have enjoyed it 100% as well as making sure other renters pets did not sleep on the beds as the bed in the master bedroom was covered in dog hair! The staff at VIP responded promptly and the situation was satisfactorily taken care of. Recommend that housekeeping be sure to check the bedding carefully in the future!
