Welcome to Peakview Retreat! We are located in the heart of the Pagosa Lakes area just steps from Village Lake. We are a newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with many nice decorating touches that will make you feel at home in our cozy cabin. We also have a great view of the Pagosa Peak from the front porch and living room. In the summer months, you can enjoy views of the lake from the master bedroom deck and deck off of the dining room.

You enter the home in to the living, dining and kitchen great room. The living room has a large, comfortable couch with 2 side chairs and 2 full chairs where the family can enjoy your family shows on the large smart TV.  Or you can just turn on the fireplace and enjoy watching the snow fall or the sunsets falling on the San Juan mountain range. The dining room area and stools at the kitchen bar area have plenty of room for the whole gang. Then, you'll notice the kitchen, which is big enough to have many chefs cooking the meals. This kitchen has everything from the wonderful gas stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee station, large pantry and all the utensils and gadgets you'll need.

Down the hall is a full bathroom with an adjoining laundry room, including all new laundry equipment. Further down the hall is the master bedroom with a king bed, TV, desk area, coffee bar and master bathroom with a sink area separate from the rest of the room. There is also a glass door to a private deck off of the bedroom that faces the lake. There is also 2 other bedrooms, each with queen beds, TV's and decorated super cute. 

This home comes with a 2 car garage that you can use and also has plenty of room for 2 other cars. 

This home is in the PLPOA area with access to fishing and fun in 4 lakes, plus access to the state of the art exercise facility, indoor pool and hot tub all for a FEE. This home is close enough to shopping, drinking, dining and can be reached if you bring your bikes, or let us rent some for you.

All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.

This home is pet friendly for a fee of $75 per dog , plus an additional $100 refundable deposit per dog.  There is a 2 dog maximum unless authorized.  

This home just had AC added for the entire home.  

Please note there is a $50 cancellation fee that applies to all cancellations made after booking.

The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Many games to play, giant TV's in every room. We only had 4 towels for 6 guests, but more were brought over when I asked.

The house is really nice and comfortable, but difficult to locate in the evenings, especially when routes were changed, due to closed roads. The concierge was very responsive and provided essentials when requested.

Property was heavenly, loved the location. Neighborhood quiet, peaceful. Fun watching the hot air balloons land close by. You have access to the lake for activities. The a/c is a big plus. The management team Pagosa Vacation Homes was awesome. They responded to a need outside of working hours. They also put out the garbage can and put it back. Lori was excellent. Thanks for a wonderful time.

I enjoyed my stay at Peakview. Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Adding the AC was a plus. Home was well equipped with anything you could need. VIP management was awesome. Arrived after hours to change battery on fire alarm.

We had a great stay at this property in Pagosa Springs! The communication from the management team was excellent and the activity planning option was a plus! The home is very clean and well stocked with all the essentials, we cooked several meals and the kitchen had everything we needed to feel at home. The home had plenty of entertainment options as well; board games, magazines and pamphlets, dvds, and the record player was fun. The views are stunning, great stargazing, and the neighborhood is very quiet with lots of wildlife roaming around. Shopping and restaurants are within minutes if needed. We hope to return, thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10-day stay at Peakview Retreat. Loved the location, the amenities, and the views of the mountains and lake. We were very comfortable and felt right at home. The owners put a lot of thought into everything guests' might need. We loved the decor, as well. Short drive to hiking Piedra River Trail and the beautiful San Juan National Forest. The property management staff at VIP Companies, Inc. were very helpful and professional. Will stay again!!

Great location. Amenities were great! Kitchen had everything we needed. Grass was way tall when we arrive but a call to management and it was cut same day. It made a huge improvement!Both toilets ran and I notified management but no one came to fix them.

As my family and I decided to visit the beautiful town of Pagosa during Christmas, we came across this adorable home and haven’t regretted almost anything about it! From the moment we entered it, the environment was cozy and comforting, especially being kid friendly home filled with board games one couldn’t count! The kitchen was well equipped with every essential one might need, and seemed to keep us prepared for all of our adventures! Every location was conveniently close as well, which was rewarding after a long day of exhausting activities. The only complaint we might have about this beautiful home is how slow the internet connection with the TV’s were, but fortunately, we weren’t home that often to have needed it desperately. Thank you so much for such an incredible stay!

We were there the week after New Year's and were very happy with the hiuse. Clean, roomy, and well provisioned. We had 2 adults and 2 teenagers, the 3 bedroom was perfect. It would work gtrat for 2 or 3 couples as well. Would stay there again!

My wife, mother-in-law and I along with our Yorkie had a great stay here for a few nights. Loved the home’s comfort and was so well-stocked with everything you could imagine. We had an excellent experience with this vacation rental. The property was extremely clean, well-maintained, and comfortably furnished, making it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer, which made it feel like a home away from home. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the space cool and comfortable throughout our visit.The location was another highlight—conveniently close to grocery stores, restaurants, and everything we needed, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. It also served as a great base for exploring the surrounding areas. Pagosa Springs itself is a charming town with a lot to offer, and we enjoyed taking day trips to nearby attractions.Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting the area. We would gladly return in the future.

We used this house as our home base in Pagos Springs for our summer vacation. The house was nice and was perfect for us. We loved that the kitchen was open to the main area. We also played several of the card and bard games that were available. We had a great time and would definitely rent again.
