Beautiful house plenty of space garage very nice to Secure the atv we brought. The only thing I would suggest it would be nice to have a gate to the lake but otherwise I really enjoy the time I spent there

Wonderful - relaxing place to be. Incredible lake views throughout. Very clean - especially kitchen and baths. A lot of extras in well stocked kitchen and bedrooms. High end furnishings, finishes and decorations. Deck with fire pit and lights is surrounded by mountains and lake - it is like being in a painting. Convenient concierge services available to bring things directly to you — groceries, tickets, sporting equipment, etc - very nice! Highly recommended.

When opening the front door I was welcomed to a home that was SPARKLING clean and furnished elegantly/ comfortably, beyond my wildest expectations. Private Lakefront property with views of the lake from every room surrounded by National Forest panoramas and close by hiking trails. Secure fenced backyard with complete landscaping, which my four legged companion, Yuki, played in from morning til night .Comfortable beds and nice linens, 3 TV's, one LARGE TV in " Kid's Cave" complete with Media Recliners .Fully stocked Cook's Kitchen with exciting appliances and gadgets to discover. Private deck is complete with fire pit, Weber BBQ, patio table, comfortable chairs with cushions and fairy lights to brighten up the festivities. I found the deck delightful for my early morning coffee and listening to all the bird's songs. Watching the sunsets in the evenings with my favorite white or red wine was a very special memory under the magnificent and protected Colorado night sky. We really enjoyed the home we rented in Pagosa Springs. It was totally equipped and ready for us to check in...which was really easy.

On our first night, we really enjoyed the beautiful starry night sitting out on the deck. This home is well equipped and so incredibly comfortable. We were appreciative of the fenced in back deck/yard area so our dog could be out there too. The gas fire pit was a nice plus in the evening when we were relaxing out on the deck overlooking the lake! The VIP team was so helpful and available during our stay which we appreciated. We had such a great trip! We can’t wait to come back!

Came for the skiing. House was great. Quality furnishings, comfortable beds, kitchen had most of the items you would need as far as condiments, etc. Plenty of utensils for cooking. Great view of the lake and surrounding areas. Overall, nice house and neighbors (next door). Would do it again.

We had a great stay! This home had everything you could ever need. The owners put great thought and attention into equipping the home. From real china and silverware to books to read and board games. The garage was great! Comfortable beds and a quiet neighborhood were all a plus! We loved the home and would stay again.

We planned this weekend months ago for a birthday getaway. We didn’t expect so much snow but we really enjoyed our stay. The house is so nice, plenty of room for all of us. The kids had a blast sledding on the side of the house. The kitchen was well equipped very nice and clean. Can’t wait to stay here again in the summer so we can use and see the lake.

Fully enjoyed our experience at the property to celebrate my father's 80th birthday with fishing and family fun. House was well appointed and all parties involved with rental were extremely helpful towards making our experience a great time. Will definitely make another trip to this house and the lakeside views.

This lovely spacious house perfect for a relaxing getaway. It is situated on Lake Hatcher & the views are spectacular. Up the road is Williams Lake & hiking trails for all levels.Whether sitting on the deck overlooking the lake having coffee or wine in the evening you can enjoy the fish jumping & amazing sunsets.

Cozy, beautiful and a lot of amenities. If you forgot something, just look around. I love the coffee station and to be able to sit on the deck. The moon was full,the view was exceptional. All the rooms were smartly done. Would recommend this home to any family. Thank you, will be back

We had 3 adults, one teenager and one small dog in this rental for a long weekend. The place was incredibly clean and tidy, but also cozy and welcoming. The furniture was all beautiful and new. The beds and linens comfortable and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked, including a regular coffee maker and a Keurig. We cooked every meal, and never wanted for any utensils. It was almost like being at home, but on a gorgeous lake! It's in a very quiet neighborhood, and we could see the milky way from the deck in the back. Early mornings we watched so many different kinds of birds at the lake, and we even saw fish in schools from the deck. The property was perfect for us and we hope to visit again.

This was our second stay here. It was just as wonderful the second time around. The house has everything you need and it's exceedingly comfortable. We celebrated a birthday and I was able to make a cake from scratch with the appliances and dishes available in the kitchen. The beds are all comfortable, there are plenty of towels and extra blankets available. The fully fenced in yard was a dream for our dog. We spent more time outside watching birds and playing with our dog than inside. And the stars are just phenomenal! Highly recommend this perfect lake house for your next get away!

We had a great time in this house. It was very comfortable and well equipped in a fantastic location by the lake. The sunrises and sunsets can be enjoyed from inside. The local property management company, VIP, were great to work with and readily available.Would highly recommend to anyone.

There was plenty of space for our family of 4. Could have easily accommodated more people. The rental, especially the kitchen, had everything we needed for our stay.

We had a great time in this rental! The location is perfect to the town and ski area. It offers a great deal of privacy and area for us to play in the snow. The view of the frozen lake was beautiful. Inside is a great setup with everything we needed to cook in the evenings after a long day of skiing. Plenty of clean blankets, pillows and bedding for everyone. The house has plenty of places to hang out and plenty of seating and room. Very nice!

The kitchen was awsome,had all the appliances that we could ever use.The house was decorated beautifully.All of the beds were very comfortable.VIP management was very responsive to our needs,they even had our driveway cleared of snow.I highly recommend this home for a vacation rental.

Lovely home in Lake Hatcher near Pagosa Springs. A relaxing experience watching the ducks, people kayak, paddle boarding and fishing. Incredible sunrises and sunsets. Good restaurants and shopping in Pagosa Springs. Beautiful hot springs with soaking and massages. A truly relaxing experience.

Great home for our 2 family vacation. The space was very comfortable and spacious and the fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed and more. Nice assortment of teas and coffees. The backyard was perfect for our pup and the new hot tub was a bonus. The kids loved having a fun kid cave to hang out in. We would definitely stay again! It was nice have a direct number to someone if we needed anything during our stay, VIP was very communicative and responsive to any needs we had.

Booking process was easy to deal with and any questions I had were answered quickly.

We visit every year because we like to ski Wolf Creek, which seems never to be crowded even if the parking lot is full! This location was perfect for us and our additional family member Paddy - the fenced yard was perfect for him! (Paddy is a dog). The other family members enjoyed the location too! The communication with VIP Vacation Services was excellent, they were very responsive. Thank you for a great stay - we would stay again.

What a beautiful, cozy and comfortable home on the shore of peaceful Lake Hatcher! The view of the mountains and the lake from the house and hot tub was truly unforgettable. The kitchen is so well-equipped with everything and more that we needed that we found that we preferred to stay home and cook instead of going out most nights. It really was the most relaxing trip we have had in a long time and the house had everything to do with it. I can say with confidence that after 10 years with VRBO, this home will go down in the books as our favorite and we will be sure to check availability before our next a trip to Pagosa.

We have stayed at 3 different VIP rental houses for our summer trips to Pagosa and have had great experiences with them all, however, this house is our new favorite rental location! Not only is it the most well organized, supplied and stocked house we've ever stayed in, but it is also the nicest! We are so thankful we could bring our beloved dogs with us at this beautiful house also! The beds were comfy, the house was clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay! We loved our time at Pagosa Lakeside. The property was everything we needed and right on the lake. It was well-stocked and easily accessible. Fish abound in the lake behind the house. We could not have asked for a better house for our week in Pagosa and would stay there again. Thanks, too, to the wonderful VIP team for being responsive and helpful!

This is hands down our favorite vacation rental we have ever stayed at! The house is beautiful and extremely well equipped. The location is amazing, right on the beautiful Lake Hatcher and super close to a large trail network. We loved this property, the owners make you feel at home from the second you want in the door! Everything about this property was amazing, comfortable furniture, fast wifi, fully stocked kitchen and air conditioning! The best part if the location right on Hatcher Lake. We walked out the back door and went fishing and kayaking. The people at VIP were extremely accommodating and were able to get us rental kayaks. Also, the property is very close to a big hiking/mtn biking trail network. We will be staying here from now on when we visit Pagosa!

First thing when we got there it was great,warm,inviting and the location was divine. Had welcoming bottles of wine and chocolates, snacks beautiful Christmas tree decorated in pink flowers and lights. Gorgeous place, exceptionally clean. The home had everything you needed. We brought additional things we needed. The room in this house fit my family. They had a great time. The communication with management excellent. We would like to stay here gain. Hopefully next summer. Fishing was good,easy to get around area except for downtown,but city is making great improvements. Friendly people. Love this all so much. Thanks for this wonderful experience.

This home was wonderful. We loved everything about it. We took our SUP to plan on the water. The yard was perfect for our dog, it was all fenced. We will be back.

Beautiful home in a great location! The hot tub was fantastic, and there was plenty of space for everyone. I really appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was everything from pans to coffee and seasonings was available. The host was thoughtful and even left wine and snacks, which was such a nice touch. Natalie was always just a text away if we needed anything.The kids were able to get a fishing permit for $15, but since adult permits were $50 each (plus still needing a state license for other spots), we chose to fish elsewhere.We visited the Wildlife refuge while in pagosa and went to all the downtown shops, its my daughter's senior year so we also did a photoshoot while there. Overall, we loved this house and would definitely stay again!
