Amazing new home with lots of space and great location. Dream kitchen perfect for hanging with friends and family. The deck is amazing for grilling and drinks. Very comfortable and great layout. We will stay here again sometime when we can go tubing! The skiing was great!

6 of us stayed in the house on Mesa and it was a delight. Very clean and spacious. Fantastic open floor plan with lovely patio. The home was very well stocked and we just loved the layout which permitted us to have privacy (spread out bedrooms). We'll be back.

This was a wonderful house, very clean and modern, with excellent space and amazing views. We really enjoyed our coffee on the porch in the mornings, and grilling out on the porch once or twice. The kitchen is phenomenal, with everything you will need (plus a bit more). It's also walkable to most of Pagosa Springs. I highly recommend it, and would stay there again. Also, loved Pagosa Springs overall.

This really is an amazing Airbnb. It is a newly built modern home that is beautiful and has the most incredible views of the mountains! I included a video walkthrough of the home at the bottom of the review.It's in a perfect location - right in the heart of downtown but you feel like you are in a remote subdivision as it is located in a quiet secluded cul-de-sac. The house is light and bright with a terrific floorplan perfect for groups of 6-8.Each bedroom has its own privacy and there are high-end mattresses in each bed. This house will feel like your own home. We use the same couches, mattresses, and many other items that we have in our everyday house. This place really is nice – it isn’t “pretty pictures and cheap on the inside†which I have experienced a lot with vacation homes over the past decade.I added some bullet points of additional features that make the house a great place for a weekend visit or an extended stay.-Our place has high end GE Cafe appliances including a double oven.-The kitchen is well stocked with not too much and not too little. You will be able to cook your meals here with ease. -There is also an extra full-sized fridge in the garage. Stock up on your stuff on day 1, you will have plenty of room.-The mattresses are comfortable and inviting. This rental had it all.Great location! Easy trip to town for restaurants, shopping and hot springs.Views! You had a great view of town and we were able to enjoy the sunrise, sunset and changing weather.Beautiful decor! This is a new build so it was very clean and was decorated nicely. It had all the things we wanted and needed. The deck was super nice for morning coffee and evening beverages.

Beautiful home & location! The view was superb! The home is nicely decorated and had all the items we needed to be able to cook at eat at the house when we wanted to. We were there when it snowed A LOT, and the roads around the area were closed. They had a plow out by noon and we were able to get out. VIP services were wonderful in taking care of getting the items we requested for Valentine's Day before we arrived. Would definitely go back!

This was our third time staying at this house, and it continues to be the perfect base for skiing at Wolf Creek. The location is unbeatable—right in town, making it easy to walk to restaurants and relax in the hot springs after a day on the slopes.The house itself is beautiful, with plenty of space for our group and incredible views. The beds are comfortable, and the layout makes it easy to relax and unwind. One of our favorite features is the mudroom—it’s so convenient for storing all our ski gear and keeping things organized.If you’re looking for a spacious, well-appointed home in Pagosa Springs with great access to everything the area has to offer, this is it. We’re already looking forward to our next stay!

The layout was wonderful. Beautiful view. Quite neighborhood. Easily accessible to walk in to town. House was spacious and very comfortable.
Everything was great except the bed was not comfortable for my wife who has rheumatoid arthritis.
