The house was very comfortable for all 10 of us! It was well taken care of and was overall excellent!

Large spacious home w great views through large windows, enough seats for everyone to eat together, large kitchen had everything we needed. We had multiple cooks together in the kitchen. Games, cards, puzzles, tvs, bbq, we had plenty to do when at the house. Great location, quiet neighborhood. Walk to the geese at the lake. Perfect.

We have stayed in Pagosa many times. This was hands down our favorite house we have stayed at. Great layout and plenty of room. From fans to pillows, to crockpots and pans. This house had everything we needed. Driveway was cleared of snow and the sunroom had views for days. Hot tub worked great and is only a couple steps out the back door. We will be back next year!!

This spacious house is in a great location. House is older but meticulously cleaned. Hot tub is awesome. very hot & clean. House manager was very receptive. Not a lot to complain about here. Kitchen is stocked with any utensil or pan you might need! Be aware that the internet speed is a little slow if you want to watch movies. A very lovely vacation home.

enjoyed our time in Pagosa springs. house was comfortable for our large group. kitchen was well stocked and hot tub was a plus.

Overall, we loved this house. The 4 bedrooms and 3baths were expected, but the layout of all the rooms and seating areas was a pleasant surprise. Being able to park in the garage was a huge bonus. On the down side, there central heat and several of the built in heaters were extremely noisy, waking us up several nights. With that said, we would most likely rent this house again.

We had a lovely trip! VIP was super to work with - responsive and helpful. The house was charming and very spacious for the 6 of us.

VIP couldn't have been more helpful. We had some problems with the refrigerator and Stuart was out to look at it. Unfortunately needed more work than a simple fix but we appreciated that they were paying attention. Lori answered all our questions and Jessica was great helping our daughter find a fishing guide.
The location right along a very large meadow was great and we loved the birds and wildlife that came through. Wish the blinds had been up when we arrived because until I pulled them all up you couldn't see the beautiful scenery. Looked as if windows hadn't been opened for ages either as some had trouble opening at all. Basically a good stay.

We had a great time. Plenty of space for 3 families of friends coming together for a reunion weekend. Spaces for the kids to play, nice open property near a cute lake! Enjoyed brining the SUPs out by day and star gazing by night

Everything was as described on the VRBO site. The home was clean and well supplied, our contact person was very responsive. It was a comfortable house for 7 people.

Vacationed in large house with Pagosa Lake access. A few minor issues with the house that were resolved in a timely manner. Lake access and location were great.

This was a great house for us! We really appreciated the space and privacy that was available. The hot tub was a treasure. The kitchen was well supplied. The linens all appeared clean, we had a great time!

Close to town, yet still in the beautiful mountains. Loved the setting, and cabin was excellent.

This property was perfect, we had 2 families and there was enough space for everyone. The kitchen was great for serving meals and having multiple cooks. The hot tub was a great after a day of rafting. Absolutely loved the property, will definitely need a trip back.

We loved staying in the Meadow View home, it was large enough to accommodate our group, had all the amenities, and the property management was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

We rented this property for a ski trip to Wolf Creek, it was perfect for our group. Large home and all the amenities! Comfortable and convenient stay, would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay in Pagosa. Ill be going back to stay there whenever its avaliable.

We were surprised to see a decorated Christmas tree upon our arrival. Our granddaughter loved it! The house fit our family’s needs very well. The 2 car garage was wonderful! We had fun at the game table & loved the hot tub experience in snowy weather. Loved the surrounding views & space to play outside. Thank you fir sharing your home!

We went there for a short vacation. The place was lovely. Lots of room. Located close to everything, yet in a quiet neighborhood.

This house was a wonderful place to spend our family vacation! It had plenty of room for all of us, had beautiful views and was very convenient to all of the Pagosa fun! We will be coming back,

We just returned from a 1 week stay at Meadow View. The house was roomy, comfortable and clean. We were a 3 minute walk to our fishing spot on Lake Pagosa, where we enjoyed trout fishing all week. We like to cook on vacation and the kitchen was big enough for 4 of us to prepare at the same time. The dining area was big enough for 6-8 people with panoramic views of the valley. Lori and Stuart were very helpful and in touch along the way to make sure we had all we need. I nice added feature was a large garage to park our trucks and a big driveway where we played corn hole in the evenings. The beds were very comfortable and all of the bathrooms had a shower and/or tub, so plenty of room for all.

This is a really great home. Super spacious and well stocked. Very clean. We really enjoyed our time here. Very close to the lake. The property managers of this home were so great to work with and available for any questions. They were super nice and easy to get ahold of. I would stay here again for sure!

We stayed at this property for just under a week. We were a large group (3 small families) and this house was perfect! It was very clean and well equipped! The property management company was super responsive. Our check-in date was New Years Eve and we noticed the garbage disposal was non operational. The management company come over within 15 mins around 5pm to fix the issue which was really above and beyond any expectation I had. They were very nice and super responsive with any question I had. I would definitely recommend this property. Not super updated but definitely adequate and clean!

This house was perfect for our family. There were 6 of us and we all had our own rooms and bathrooms. It was clean and well managed. The location was close to town and 30 minutes to the ski resort. I would stay here again and suggest it to my friends. There are lots of good restaurants and we found a great coffee shop "Root house coffee". To add to all of this it snowed 3 out of the 4 days we were there. It was perfect.
