WE HAD A GREAT TIME. THE SNOW WAS GREAT THE PROPERTY WAS NOT ADVERTISED RIGHT. IT WAS LISTED AS 5 B/5R BUT YOU HAD TO RENT THE APARTMENT TO GET THE 5TH B/R. THE APT WAS LISTED AS HAVING 2 BUNKBEDS BUT WHEN WE GOT THERE THE TOP TWO BUNKS HAD NOT MATTRESSES. IT ALL WORKED OUT AND THE HOUSE WAS LOVELY BUT THE ADS NEED TO BE WORKED ON

The rental process was very easy, and the team communicated with us from start to finish. The house was beautiful, clean, and well appointed. The few times we did have questions/need something, there was someone available right away to get it solved. Overall this was the best rental experience we've ever had!

The vacation home was more than we could have ever asked for! It was very lean and well taken care of. The location was beautiful and we enjoyed the natural surroundings. We got to spend some good quality family time together. We had a group of 6 adults and 4 children. The home held all of us comfortably. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was stocked very nice with plenty of cookware. Property management was very helpful. I would recommend this property.

Enjoyed our 5 day trip to Pagosa Springs with the family and my 2 grandsons, 2 and 7 months. The house was incredible! Beautiful log home on large acreage at the edge of the national forest, spacious enough for for all 10 of us.

Staying here on our trip to Colorado was amazing! We loved all of the little touches throughout the house that gave it so much character. The sauna, jacuzzi and master room hot tub all provided great relaxation after long days on the slopes! The kitchen and dining room were equipped to handle our large group gatherings and all the meals we cooked...the different rooms were so cozy... the bar area upstairs, along with the other little nooks and crannies made the house allow for connecting with others in smaller groups in more intimate settings. This house truly had it all.

This home had all the amenities you could ask for plus some. Plenty of room and beds for our group of 9. The management company was very professional and prompt to answer our questions. We will definitely be visiting again. Thank you for opening up your home!

Great family vacation! Something for everyone. Home was lovely with all the extras. 5++ star!Missed , at first, a TV outside or in family room, but made us enjoy each other so much more. We cooked, drank, played games, and enjoyed the close hiking, followed by hot tubbing.Always such a pleasure to expect mountain luxury and all our expectations be met!Thanks to Lori and Stuart! First of all, the location and house was everything we expected and more. I have never been more pleased with the service and attention provided to us by Lori and Stuart with VIP Vacation Services. This house was perfect for our group of 10 as we had plenty of room to spread out with space to spare. We enjoyed the easy access to the San Juan National Forest and the abundant wildlife we saw on a daily basis. This was the perfect place to escape and get away from reality for a week. We will definitely be contacting VIP when we come back to the area no matter the size of our group.

The home was simply amazing. Everything that you could hope for to accommodate /entertain the entire family. The staff at VIP was attentive the entire time we were there. Definitely a 5 star experience.

We had hands-down the best vacation in this home. The house has everything you could ever want, plenty of space for kids and adults alike, and the view out the back is breathtaking. The property managers were even better. They helped us book excursions away from the house and were there at the drop of a hat if we needed anything. We’ll definitely be back!!

What a wonderful home. Beyond expectations. Beautiful setting and house. Everything a guest could want was provided. All of the contacts at the rental company were very professional, responsive and helpful. Very quick turnaround to any questions. Our family of 10 loved staying there over Spring Break. The house is at end of very quiet street. Our kids loved playing in the snow behind the house and skiing at Wolf Creek proved easy - a 40 minute drive. And short drive into Pagosa Springs for shopping or restaurants. Added plus house backs up to a National Forest so very serene. House layout was great for teenage kids separate from parents. Lots of room. A bathroom almost everywhere. Beautiful Master bedroom. Great storage for cars and other items in garage. Beautiful decor. Hot tub was wonderful and we loved grilling on patio. Kitchen had everything you could want and we loved VIP grocery service delivery to house so no grocery store run after a long days of travel. Loved the big dining table for lots of wonderful family dinners and bar area also provided to eat super helpful. Lots of fireplaces inside and out. Would highly recommend. Oh and I loved the book they provided that explained the art work and decorations around the house. We would stay again.

Had a marvelous 4 couples & 2 dogs - family vacation here. The home was lovely, bedrooms & beds comfortable. Master bed could have used step stools on either side. Kitchen well appointed. Backyard & hot tub were wonderful. Outside fireplace was persnickety. Loved walking out the backyard into National Forest trail and land. Would gladly return.

I have a large family so we usually rent two cabins and this is our 4th year back and we will continue coming back! This cabin was gorgeous! But the cabins aren't the best part.. Stuart and Lori and jess and the crew make the vacation the best possible and they continue to every year and that is why I will come back every year for the future.. I highly recommend renting this cabin and any of them really. Greatest experience you will have.

This was our 2nd time to stay in this home and we will be back! It is gorgeous, beautifully decorated, and well equipped. The backyard is so peaceful and quiet and we hiked everyday on the Coyote Hills trail right out the back fence. The views from the kitchen window and off the back deck are incredible. We love the sauna too. The VIP Vacations team is great to work with and did a fantastic job at making our stay comfortable.

SOOOO AMAZING! This house was so much more beautiful in person. Everything was top of the line and was very very clean. The sceneries were spectacular and I cannot say enough about it.

This property is BEAUTIFUL. Plenty of space for everyone, wonderful kitchen for cooking with everyone visiting and our favorite was sitting out on the back patio by the fire enjoying the cool evenings. Glad we decided to rent the apartment because it was perfect for the older kids to stay.

The majestic log cabin is a wonderful large home suitable for a large family of two families vacationing together. The house is in a beautiful, somewhat remote, gated community that backs up to the San Juan national Forrest & has breathtaking views . The house was clean & comfortable. The home is decorated beautifully & was stocked with everything we needed (extra towels, blankets, paper towels, soaps etc)We enjoyed our stay at this house very much!

I can't say enough about this home. It is perfect for a large family to enjoy.

We enjoyed our stay in Pagosa Springs with our family. The cabin was everything we hoped for and more. Being able to walk into the national forest from the backyard was amazing. Lori was an excellent host and did all she could to make our stay comfortable. The AC on one side of the house was not cooling properly, so extra fans were delivered to help. Thankfully the nights were cool to help keep the kids and adults asleep! The location of the cabin made all our excursions easy to access. The AC was fixed at the end of our stay.....a part had to be ordered. We would love to rent this cabin again and highly recommend it to others. Thank you, Lori, for your great communication and help. Pagosa Springs is our favorite destination!

The home was everything the listing said. One of the nicest (if not the nicest) places we've stayed in in Pagosa Springs...and we've been coming to PS for about 10 years every July.

The rental process was very easy. No issues.

Everything was great. Great location.The house did need a couple things. Couple of new faucets and upgraded TVs.

Stayed here for a girlfriend getaway. It is a beautiful property and makes you feel like you are at your own private resort. Highlights included: yoga on the lawn in the cool morning air, curling up with a glass of wine on the beautiful deck, hiking the Coyote Hill Trailhead (directly adjacent to the property), and eating delicious meals together in the chef-friendly kitchen. Pagosa Vacation Homes is a great company to work with, and we highly recommend this property.

We had an amazing stay at this cabin for three nights! The place was absolutely beautiful—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for our group. The views were breathtaking, and we loved all the amenities provided. It truly felt like a home away from home. We highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. We’ll definitely be back!
