Luxury Views

This is a beautiful home with a gorgeous view! It has a great floor plan for families. The kids can have their side of the house and the adults can have theirs. The beds were cozy and the hot tub was relaxing after a fun day on the slopes.Unfortunately, they need to fix the water heater issue. They are in the process of remodeling a bathroom, so it seems no one has stayed here in a while. The first day we tried to take showers and only got about a 1min of warm water the rest was Luke warm to cold water. We also tried to do some laundry and the washer didn’t work. We contacted a representative and she sent a plumber out the next morning. The plumber said he turned the heat up on the water heater and fixed the washer problem. We had one person stay at the house that morning and she did get a hot shower. But, 6hours later when we arrived, same issue again. Very little warm water, so we just dealt with it and took very short showers.Also, it looks as if they have a mouse problem, which I get having a house in the country, but there was a lot of mice feces in one of the closets. Again, I don’t think anyone has stayed here in a while. I would not recommend staying here until they address all these issues. Once they fix these problems it really will be an incredible place to stay. I just think if you are claiming a VIP experience you should make sure everything is work properly and the house is cleaned thoroughly.

This house has many great attributes: views, manicured lawn, gated/private area. It's very quiet. There is privacy between the master bedroom side of the house and the main guest bedroom area. The hot tub was a bonus and had excellent views. There were some downsides to the rental: We had mouse droppings in one of the beds and all over the house. There are many poison traps around the house. Our younger dog picked one up but luckily we were there to intervene. We ended up buying traps and caught a mouse a few days into the trip which seemed to help. The Ice box in the freezer was a solid block of ice and didn't work. The refrigerator water filter was in need of replacement. 2 vehicles in our trip experienced tire blowouts from the potholes on the road from the rental back into to Pagosa. They are in the tree shadows and very hard to see when driving. This is no fault of the property but worth noting.We had $35 removed from our deposit from wet linens in one of the bedrooms upon departure. I feel that the time and money spent on trapping mice should have been a wash and the deduction wasn't necessary.Overall its an excellent property. We extended our trip by 3 nights and would rent the property again.

A fantastic home! The views from nearly any part of the house are spectacular. The covered front deck was - is - an ideal setting to enjoy an early cup of coffee and watch the sunrise over the San Juan Mountains. But we were often distracted as we also watched the many mule deer feeding near the home. In the evenings - from the covered back deck - we enjoyed the sun setting at the end of the day. The home itself is very well appointed, with great views of the mountains from the interior. Simply the home has everything a family would need for a great vacation. We will most certainly be back.

Luxury Views is everything you could ever want in a vacation home! The views and outdoor areas were amazing. The house also had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Our kids enjoyed the area they had on their side of the home to watch movies. Beautiful home overall! Due to the heat during our visit, our Concierge worked to move us to this location quickly and painlessly as the original home we rented did not have A/C. She was amazing!!

This property exceeded expectations. There is plenty of privacy with two separate wings of the house. The lawn is very well manicured and the dogs loved it. As the name implies, the views are excellent. The lot offers plenty of privacy from the neighbors as well. The master bath is large and luxurious. We didn’t know there was a hot tub when booking the property. It has panoramic views and was definitely a surprise bonus. The neighborhood is gated so its very quiet with no through-traffic. We would definitely stay here again.

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home while we visited Pagosa Springs. The home is warm and cozy and very well appointed. The kitchen is beautiful and the outdoor areas are very comfortable. This is a great place to stay when visiting Pagosa.

My family stayed here the week of Thanksgiving. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms was so well stocked. The layout was perfect, with all bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, & laundry on one level. Beautiful sunrises from the front deck and even more spectacular sunsets off the kitchen deck. I recommend the hot tub at sunset, where you can enjoy vistas from every angle. The managing company were quick to respond with any questions.

360 degree views. Beautiful lawn. Responsive rental management company. Enjoyed the outdoor fireplace every night. Be careful getting into the hot tub. Especially for less stable (elderly guests). Stairs are wobbly.

We enjoyed a five night stay in Luxury View in mid June. The property was as described and the amenities spot on. The maintenance man Dave was sent out to fix a couple of chairs and he couldn’t have been more professional or personable. The hot tub had impressive views as we soothed sore muscles at the end of the day. Aside from a few housekeeping items, we were able to host friends and family without any issues. We would absolutely rent this house again and would recommend it to anyone needing solitude or relaxation.

Luxury Views was fantastic and beautifully decorated! The set up was great and met all of our needs plus. Truly a beautiful home in a great location. Our family of 7 enjoyed it so much. VIP was so helpful and easy to work with. Lots of personal touches and messages to make sure our stay was great. Justin with In Focus Photo was great to have our family pictures made as recommended by VIP.

I cannot say enough about the surroundings at this house!!! The serene view outside was amazing! It is the perfect place to reset your mind from all the stresses of life! We absolutely loved our stay with you in your beautiful home. The location of your home was perfect for relaxing in the hot tub and watching the wildlife stroll through the yard. We had everything we needed, and shopping wasn't too far away. I wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy more of the relaxing sitting area outside but there was so much to see in the area.

Not only is the home beautiful on the interior but the exterior views are just as stunning! Home is organized, clean and very comfortable! We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed morning walks and an afternoon in the big hot tub as it snowed! Thank you for sharing your home in Pagosa Springs - we have wonderful family memories!

Fabulous-I have stayed here several times in the last year.

This was our first trip to the Pagosa Springs/Wolf Creek area, and the house could not have been more perfect for our group! We had two families...4 adults and 4 children. The home was absolutely beautiful, and the views were amazing! The kitchen area was more than large enough for our needs, and each evening after skiing...if we weren't in the hot tub, we were all lounging in the living area relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!

This house was more than enough room for my wife & I plus 2 teens a younger child. The house was absolutely beautiful with stunning views from the windows & the hot tub. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking. Lori & Ashley were both great as well. Highly recommended & plan to visit again later this year. Thanks guys, keep up the great work!

The house is in an ideal location close enough to town, but far away enough to be secluded. The house was even better than it shows in the pictures.

With a week of skiing, snowmobiling, fishing and shopping, we needed a fabulous place to unwind and relax. Luxury Views was the perfect place for our party of 5 plus our two fur babies. The house is amazing and the views, spectacular! Although in a neighborhood, it's very private and the hot tub was an added bonus at the end of the day. The house layout was great especially for the young adults needing their areas of retreat. I will reiterate that the house exceeded our expectations. The concierge service that VIP Vacation Services provided was top notch. We WILL be back and have already recommended to friends and family!

Loved everything about the place! The only issue (and this is being super picky) is that the water pressure could use a boost (in showers and kitchen). Everything else was amazing!

We would highly recommend this home if looking for a fabulous luxury home to stay in then you have found it with this home beautiful furnishings great views we will definitely visit again home was very clean great floor plan and rental was so easy VIP vacations have thought of everything photos are great but it’s even more beautiful in reality LOVE ❤️ LOVE OUR STAY

The house was great for our family. Beautiful views. Go to the hot tub for the views. Great place. If we go back to Pagosa Springs would definitely rent again.

My family of 6 had a wonderful stay at this house. There was plenty of room inside for all of us, but better yet, there was tons of room outside. We loved sitting on the porch, watching the stars in the hot tub, and roasting s'mores at night. We'd definitley come back here again.
