Lakefront Pagosa

Very nice house and location. House was well stocked. Lake was beautiful and perfect sunsets. Wildlife was everywhere. Geese, river otter, deer, ducks and birds. Would definitely book again.

Nice location, wanted to see the lake. No downstairs bathroom located in common area for guest. Stairs very narrow when taking suitcases upstairs. Burnt fingers with coffee cups that were not microwaveable safe. Two people burned fingers. Mattress pad upstairs was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Expensive for smallness of location.Did not like being told to direct all my communication to VIP and then the person was out of town when I sent email.

We are frequent visitors to Pagosa and this house is right on the lake. The lake views are lovely. The steep spiral staircase to the upper bedroom and lounge area are a bit intimidating and the bed in the upstairs bedroom is very firm. Overall, we enjoyed our stay although the neighborhood seemed unwelcoming as we felt we were being closely watched. Be aware that permits are required for all water related activities. Our liaison, Lori, was very responsive and helpful.

Poor WiFi and TV reception. Had to repeatedly reboot router. When router died, hot spot replacement was weak. Had to turn off cell phones to use TV. Had to turn TV off to get slow service on internet. Only lakehouse that charged $25 daily fee to use kayak and required permit to fish.

Communication with the rental team was excellent. The home has great space, located perfectly with lots of space to move about both in and out. There were 6 of us in our group and we were all very comfortable and had plenty of space. There were two small docks situated on the property which was nice. The swing on the back porch was perfection. The cool weather and location right on the lake made for the best coffee spot. Can't wait to go back. House was as pictured. check in and check out were seamless. We loved the location of the house and the dip it sits out on over the lake.

This was a short, but very nice stay at this property ion Lake Pagosa. It was great, just as advertised. We will be back to stay longer....

After several trips and rentals in Pagosa Springs my experiences have always been great with every house we’ve rented. The staff is always quick to help out with anything I’ve ever needed. Thanks again for the memories.

We really enjoyed our visit. This home is lovely and had everything that we needed. There is a million dollar view from the back patio. We were happy to sit there for hours. We highly recommend this property.

Excellent on all levels

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! The lake is lovely, with gorgeous views. The night skies are impressive. The home was comfortable and quiet, large enough to spread out, with a great soaking tub. Lori at VIP Services was amazing. She helped quite a bit, with helpful information, always replying promptly. 7

Beautiful property! The VRBO hosts were super communicative and helpful. We loved watching the sunsets while sitting lakeside on the deck! Highly recommend.

Very pretty and quiet. The sunsets off the back porch were amazing. House was very comfortable, clean and it is close to everything. We saw plenty of wildlife (deer, geese, ducks, colorful birds and even what may have been a river otter. I would definitely recommend staying here and would do so again. I would also recommend going to Durango for the train ride to Silverton.

Perfect size rental for our family of four. Views of the lake were beautiful, kids fished nonstop. We will definitely be back!
