Lake Point Place

This condo is hands-down the cleanest and most comfortable place we have stayed in. We had 4 adults, 2 children, and 1 dog. The beds were super comfortable, plenty of room for everyone, and the kids had their own getaway upstairs that they LOVED. The kitchen and bathrooms were all very well stocked with all the supplies we needed. The property management team was quick to respond to all of my questions, and they were very kind and friendly. I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend this wonderful condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Great condo. Great location - close to a lake and grocery store not far. No AC is the only issue we encountered. It is cool in the mornings and in the late evenings, but the afternoons it was hot.

To enjoy days of fishing. Couldnt beat the weather with afternoon thunderstorms and rain! Open the windows and enjoy the breeze. It had everything we needed! Pet friendly also, with small side yard for them.

We liked this property. The upstairs living area worked out perfect for us grandparents so kids and grandkids could rule the downstairs. Only real downside is that contrary to the lovliness of this home's interior the building exterior and grounds are rather shabby. Some kitchen items weren't very clean (a housekeeping oversight). ALL of The ladies we dealt with from VIP were attentive and efficient. NOTE: If you enjoy a massage, have Ashley schedule an appointment with Sarah, she is fabulous. All in all a good stay, would recommend.

Our condo was in a great location right across the street from Hatcher Lake. Unfortunately, you do not have lake access across the street.The condo had plenty of room for my husband, two adult children, our Yorkie and myself. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms was perfect. The bonus were the deer and fox that we saw on our daily walks. In the morning we always had 4 deer right out the back door as well. The loft was really nice and perfect for my adult kids. The cons about the property were...King size bed was hard, burn holes in leather chair in livingroom, door handle to freezer came off when I opened freezer the first time and patio area needed a little love. Overall, it was a really nice place and we would stay there again.

All the little VIP touches that the rental agency added were much appreciated. We have stayed in many properties through VRBO and this was by far the best experience with a rental agency. The condo itself was well stocked. We were able to cook in the kitchen for every meal. The condo is large and clean.

Great place to stay . Lots of room and close to town

Immaculate, well-stocked and maintained Condo in a gorgeous lakefront setting. Ten minutes from downtown. Very near upscale shopping center, grocery store, Walmart and restaurants. Numerous hiking trails for all skills literally a stones throw away. Very quiet small condo grouping with reserved parking. Super appliances, TV's wi-fi, etc. This is the best condo we have stayed in anywhere. It felt like home from the moment we walked in. Manager is easily accessible, but we never needed her. FIVE STARS PLUS!!
