Located just a short drive from Lake Hatcher, this pet friendly, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin is a perfect vacation home.
This log home is located on a nice grassed lot with plenty of views of the mountains. As you walk in the home, you'll notice the large windows overlooking the front deck and yard, wood burning stove, wall mount smart TV and plenty of room to stretch out. The kitchen and dining area adjoin the living room and on to the rear deck and yard. The kitchen is well stocked, clean with many nice touches. There is laundry closet just off the kitchen.
The master bedroom and bathroom are just down a short hall from the kitchen. The bedroom is spacious with a king bed and has an adjoining private bathroom.
Up the stairs is the loft with office station and lounge furniture. There are 2 other bedrooms upstairs with another full bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a twin bed, a small deck, and a TV. The other bedroom is larger and has 2 queen beds. Both bedrooms share another bathroom.
This home is located in the Pagosa Lakes area offering access to kayaking / SUP's and fishing in the nearby lakes. Please contact us for more information.
All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.
This home is pet friendly and will allow up to 2 dogs max for a fee of $75 each, plus an additional $100 per dog added to your refundable deposit.
This home does not have AC.
Please note there is a $50 cancellation fee that applies to all cancellations made after booking.

We had a wonderful stay, the views are breathtaking. The property is only about 15 minutes from downtown, and also very close to local stores like Walmart. We had a few icy roads after dark, but day time driving was safe and the views were beautiful. The neighbourhood was quiet and clean. We had one issue with the water heater going out, and due to it being Christmas eve we had to wait for showers, but I'm sure the issue will be resolved before the next rental is made. The property manager was very easy to get ahold of, and we loved staying here.

The home was very clean. It is nicer than the photos show. The location was amazing. You are right on the lake with beautiful scenery. The drive into town is very short and easy.

The pictures don't do this home justice! It was so beautiful. The views are amazing. They house was stocked with everything we needed and if we did happen to need anything or have questions about the area, we would get a response very quickly. We saw the most beautiful wildlife as well as a few deer on the drive to the home. Having the lake right outside made my fisherman husband very happy. Having that view every day we were there was the best part for me. Truly, I don't have one bad thing to say. This is our 4th time visiting Pagosa and this home by far was our favorite. Thanks again to management for always being so kind, helpful and replying so quickly. It made our trip that much better!

Overall a nice experience. The house floorplan is interesting but works. Clean and appointed well.
Had all the necessary items for a week stay. Nice kitchen but could use a few more pans, Keurig, etc. Sleeps eight but for a larger group, plenty of space in the family for a couple of twin beds (blowup matresses). A small TV in the living room might be nice just in case others may want something different,
Wonderful lakefront house in a quiet area. Everything we could have asked for and pool and ping pong tables in the adjacent large garage. Great area with lots of things to do. Hope to return next year
