This home is located on the shore of Lake Hatcher where some of the best fishing in Pagosa is found. 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathroom. A deck and back yard facing the lake with a hot tub and BBQ. A great home to bring your dogs and enjoy a vacation with your loved ones.
On the main level there is an open kitchen, dining room and living room overlooking the water. Half bathroom, garage access and the master bedroom with a king size bed. All heated by radiant and central heat with a gas fireplace in the living room.
Downstairs, you'll walk into a large entertainment room with a smart tv and sound system. There's a sliding glass door leading to the hot tub and back yard. One bedroom with a king size bed, another large bedroom with 2 queen size beds and a full bathroom.
This home is close to numerous hiking and biking trails, cross county skiing and is 10 minutes from shopping, dining and the recreation area.
All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.
This home is pet friendly. 2 dog max. The pet fee is 75.00 per dog, as well as a refundable 100.00 per dog.
There is no swimming allowed in the lake.
This home has a detached garage that houses a pool table, ping pong table, large tv and couch for enjoying this newly renovated game room. The deposit for this home includes the usage of this room as well as the security deposit for the main house.

This house was in a quiet area off the golf course but close to town making it very convenient to run to the store or grab something to eat. My only negative was it was extremely hit during the afternoons. Even leaving the windows open didn’t seem to help. It does cool down at night This is a great house for the winter but if you are sensitive to the heat, I don’t recommend during the warmer months. House was very clean and updated.if you want convenience, this is a great house.

Everything about our stay was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed it. The large windows added to the ambiance, offering a nice view. The layout of the space provided private areas while also accommodating all seven of us to dine together at the table and relax with some TV before bed. Although we saw a previous review mentioning an issue with hot water, we can confidently say it has been resolved—there was plenty of perfectly hot water after a long day of skiing. We would absolutely stay here again!

My husband and I just spend a week at the Golfside Retreat. The house was very clean and was fully stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood is super quiet and we saw lots of wild life. My only recommendation would be to add more comfortable chairs to the patio. Otherwise a perfect stay!

From the lovely welcome basket of goodies to the beautiful views from the wall of windows, this private home was perfect for our family vacation. The in-home privacy of 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms was perfect and everyone had their own space. The fireplace was cozy and used everyday. The kitchen is fully equipped with updated (like new) appliances and there is a beautiful view from the kitchen as well. There is plenty of parking for everyone. We will definitely be back if the host will have us.
Wonderful stay. Close to town and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and easy to get to. Appeared to be newly renovated kitchen with nice appliances. Very clean and spacious. Great view of the golf course out back.
