Ideal for a small family ski-cation in winter or a summertime getaway with a few friends, this adorable Pagosa Springs cabin features a full kitchen, comfortable living spaces, and a furnished deck with a view of the forest, all within walking distance of Lake Pagosa.
This property is surrounded by lush national forest lands, granting easy access to numerous hiking trails, waterfalls, and abundant wildlife. The Pagosa Lakes area offers guests access to five private, well-stocked lakes for trout, bass, and perch fishing, while the Wolf Creek Ski Area, with almost 80 runs for skiers and snowboarders, is just 30 miles away. This home is also only six miles from the heart of downtown for shopping, dining, and the world-famous hot springs, all right alongside the beautiful San Juan River.
There are 2 queen bedrooms along with a sleeper couch in the living room.
This is a pet friendly home. Dogs only, 2 max. The pet fee is $75 per pet, as well as an additional $100 refundable security deposit per pet.
A portable air-conditioning unit is available.
Use of the pool and recreation center is available for a fee.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Please note there is a $50 cancellation fee that applies to all cancellations made after booking.

The cabin was just as advertised. Would stay here again and recommend it to friends. Arrival was easy with clear directions. I felt very supported by VIP who stayed in contact with me from booking to checkout. No concerns about absent owners. The cabin is not too fancy, but it was clean and well stocked. It is in a quiet and friendly neighborhood that is convenient to Pagosa and hiking and biking.

We had a wonderful time at this cabin during our stay! The team even put up a Christmas tree for us which was such a thoughtful touch especially since we have little ones. Lori and team were very responsive and everything in the home was just as described or better! Don’t hesitate to book here, you won’t regret it!

Cabin was very clean and comfortable. The bedrooms are good sized. Lots of deer in the area and greeted us every morning and early evening. Listen careully and you can hear the creek running. Relaxing!!
We arrived to find the house easy to enter, clean and ready, and a couple of special touches for us - doggy bags, and treats for the humans.The master bed was over the top comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to make our meals. The neighborhood was quiet. There was 1-2 deer that seem attached to the neighborhood, and my dog was startled to see one right outside our window. Overall delighted with our visit.
