Enchanted Place

The only complaint we had was the water heater was not properly working. We had a large group staying in the house and only 2 people could shower and we were out of hot water for a while.

We had a great stay plenty of room and comfortable clean environment

Five stars all around. Clean, comfy, and roomy. Our kids enjoyed the loft and all of us enjoyed the hot tub!

VIP Vacation Rentals did a great job! The house was set up perfectly and was very clean and had everything we needed to cook meals for the 6 nights we were there. VIP was very proactive in sending all needed information to access the house and sent texts checking on us during the stay. I’ve rented houses in Pagosa they manage for years and they always do a wonderful job. Rent with confidence!

The house was extremely clean and well stocked to accommodate our stay. It was exactly as described and VIP services communicated very before our travels as well during our stay when help was needed. I would not have an issue recommending this place to anyone.

VIP is awesome! From my understanding, they are a family run business and you're definitely going to get that nice family treatment from all of their staff.It was just my wife and I, so even though the house was very spacious, we loved having the room to ourselves. We walked the neighborhood every morning and felt safe and enjoyed seeing the vast number of deer.I kicked butt at foosball, which is very important to mention!Loved everything and every minute!

We had a great time. The home was in great condition. Had plenty of room for all of us there. Hot tub was a hit for after skiing. Woukd highly recommend staying. Great home. Management was great to work with as well.

Group of friends came out for a late season trip to wolf creek. The home was a great location close to town and a short drive to the ski area.The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, the sleeping arrangements were comfortable and the living room was spacious and a great place to relax and watch a movie after a day on the mountain.The host was, very responsive to questions and made sure we had everything we needed prior to our stay.It would have been nice if the internet was a little faster.Overall would definitely recommend staying here

After 32 years with my current employer, I took the chance at a new opportunity. Pagosa is 3 1/2 hr drive from where we live and with one week of time off before I start my new job, my husband and I decided to go where we always can unplug and rest, Pagosa Springs. Being that it was a last minute trip, was not sure what properties would be available but knew having a hot tub was mission critical. This property was perfect for us. It was far enough away from main street to enjoy the Pagosa experience. There was plenty room, played Pac Man for the first time in over 30 years (I lost) and had a hot tub. The home was neat and clean and the personalized touch with family photos made it all the more comforting. The property management was accommodating and very responsive. Thank you for giving us the space to unwind and unplug.
