Cozy Pagosa Condo

Hidden fees, dirty place, neighbors spy and block driveway, garage to small to park atconditioning, kithchen refrigerator broken, rude registration person, misleading information about pool, which turned out to be a community pool about 2 miles away and charge for use which was down with a broken pump. Charge way to much for pets stay. I had to scrub the place down to make sure I was not charged for anything extra. Extremely over priced, not a good value.

Great property. It has every amenity you would need. Beds comfortable.

The condo has a very well equipped kitchen and a nice view of the mountains. We enjoyed the good satellite tv with all the local channels and cable stations that we like to watch. Our bigger Toyota Tundra couldn’t fit in the garage but we were able to park right up to the garage door and the extra parking spaces are extremely close. The location is very convenient to the grocery stores and several good restaurants. We’ve stayed a lot of vacation rentals and this condo has some of the best accommodations for us. We will definitely stay here again.

This is a very well kept and up to date Town home. I would definitely stay again! Well equipped. Every thing you need (Pots, pans, cookware, etc)

We came for alittle Father’s Day weekend. My partner suggested Pagosa Springs. My first time coming to Colorado. We used Pagosa Bacation Homes and rented our condo. The place was awesome! Lori took care of our stay and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. We had a minor problem with one of the beds and Lori got it fixed for is right away. Im ready to move here now. A long way from home in Texas and we will be back!

Before our stay, VIP was great to communicate with. They answered any questions and had fishing licenses waiting for us. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and updated. The condo was well-stocked. We were here for fishing and the location was good for that - close to several lakes. It was quiet at night and we heard no noises from neighbors. We would stay here again and will use VIP anytime we are in the beautiful town of Pagosa Springs.

Before the vacation began, VIP was extremely helpful. They answered any questions I had and as promised, fishing licenses were waiting for us when we arrived.The condo is decorated nicely and it was very clean. It is close to a couple of lakes and not a far drive from Hatcher Lake where we did most of the fishing. We were pleased with the property and thought VIP was great. We will rent from them again.

OMG! What a well equipped kitchen! That’s just the start. Mountain View’s and a beautiful lake where we watched kids and adults pulling fish out almost on demand.Cleanliness was top notch. The complex is quiet and well maintained. Grocery store and restaurants 3 minutes away.Beds and linens were super comfortable as well. Thank You for a great stay! We’ll be back!

Our family had the BEST time in this beautiful townhome. It was so clean and had every convenience we could ask for! Minutes from lakes, fishing, shopping, and restaurants. VIP made this an experience that my family will never forget, and I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely look forward to coming back soon!

Our small family had a great experience staying here for a getaway with our parents. It was very clean and well-outfitted with high quality beds, linens, a well-equipped kitchen, and even a few toys tucked away for the little ones. It's on the outside of Pagosa Springs, but still an easy drive to get into town. We loved walking to the pond nearby and the quiet, starry nights. The folks at VIP Vacation Services were among the most responsive and helpful hosts I've had in a rental like this. I would recommend staying in any of the properties they manage.

My kids and I stayed in this lovely townhouse in Pagosa Springs, and we were thrilled and so well taken care of during our stay. The house is sparkling with lots of thoughtful work put into our comfort (amazing beds!). We loved watching the deer walk through the neighborhood in the evening and our walks down to the lake each day...we only wish we could have stayed longer!

This location was perfect. The layout was great my family of four and our Frenchie. The porch had a beautiful view of the mountains. We saw a family of deer every day. It had air conditioning. We are already planning our next trip back.

This townhome was the perfect rental for our 5-night ski trip. It's in a great location, is super cute, and has everything that you could need. We loved the decor and that it was decorated for Christmas while we were there!

Had a 5 night stay at the location.This was a one of a kind stay. Every detail was accounted for with a fully furnished location. The beds were extra comfy, kitchen was world class, and cozy throughout, we will be back in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Pagosa Springs. Everything was clean and the property manager was very friendly, communicative, and easy to contact. The beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The location is wonderful - close to town, the mountains, and beautiful neighborhoods with walking/biking trails. We are looking forward to staying here again soon!

This home had everything our family needed for a getaway. Beautiful fireplace, nice bedrooms with comfy linens, spacious living areas. We enjoyed the covered deck & watching the deer in the yards of the neighborhood every day.

This unit is an ideal place for family to enjoy beautiful Pagosa. It's convenient (walking distance) to nearby shopping and dining but feels out of town being so close to the lake. There is a breathtaking view of the mountains from the primary suite. The kitchen is well outfitted with everything you could possibly need for cooking and even baking! Our family and small dogs were very comfortable and plan to return again. Service from VIP was professional and quick. The unit was very clean. The neighbors are also very quiet and respectful of each other.

We loved this place! It was perfect for our family with four kiddos and our two dogs! We loved the views from the Master Bedroom of the mountains and from the back porch. There are even kayaks available in the garage for your use as well as a grill which we used for making steaks! There is a fully stocked kitchen with spices and all the dish ware, pots and pans you need to make a meal! We loved this place and would definitely stay here again! Everyone was very helpful when we had questions about the place too.
