This is a new rental.
This spacious 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom end unit townhome sleeps 6 and plenty of room to enjoy your vacation. The downstairs has a wonderful open living and dining area where you can watch the large screen TV, play games or just relax after a day at Wolf Creek Ski area. The living room has a queen pull out couch. The Dining area opens to the well equipped, bright kitchen for easy access. Next to the kitchen is a full laundry area and both are just off the back door where you'll find a LP gas grill and open grass area for the kids to play. You'll also find a convenient lower level powder room.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has a queen bed, TV and views of the majestic San Juan Mountains. The other bedroom has a small desk and trundle bed that sleeps 2 guests. Both rooms access a full bathroom with plenty of space for you to get ready for the day.
This is an end unit in a quiet, small complex that is walking distance to the grocery store, Higher Grounds Coffee, and virtually every restaurant in Pagosa Uptown. There is a nearby Recreation Center and you have access to the indoor pool / hot tubs and unbelievable work out facility al for a FEE. There are nearby bike paths that open up miles of site seeing. Of course, this unit has access to all of the lakes for fishing, kayaking and SOP!
This is a pet friendly home. Dogs only, 2 max. The pet fee is $75 per pet, as well as an additional $100 refundable security deposit per pet.
This home does not have AC

Beautiful and great place to stay in Pagosa. Only thing, needs new mattress in the second bedroom, super hard. Apart from that, awesome!

The unit was perfect for a weekend getaway. Everything you need is provided and the furniture and decorations make it very cozy. They do allow pets and greatly appreciated that we could bring our companion along with us. The unit was thoroughly cleaned between guests and you couldn't tell it is a pet-friendly property.
We did have an issue during our stay with the water heater, however, the property management company was very attentive and ensured the issue was looked into and taken care of promptly.

The condo is clean and well furnished. The location is terrific because you can easily walk to a grocery store, restaurants, and it's also right off a walking trail with stunning views. The layout of the place also is good. I'd stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful. Comfortable, clean, felt like home. Enjoyed cooking, walking, resting. Easy walking distance to Higher Grounds coffee house, City market grocery, restaurants, walking trail and more. The staff kept me informed yet did not intrude on my privacy.

We loved our time here. The location was nice with a grocery store and fast food so close. My kids, ages 11, 8, and 7, thought the bunk beds were so fun. My husband had to work while we were there and we had zero trouble with the internet. It was very pet friendly and easy to walk our dogs. The property even supplies waste bags for the dogs. We'd love to go back!

We had the opportunity to give the washer and dryer a spin, and appreciated that amenity. Coming from Georgia, I worried about being cold in Colorado in January. There was no need to worry! The shower upstairs worked great as far as hot water temperature and water pressure. Thanks so much!

The place met our needs. Bedroom tv did not work in case others would want that. We would like to have been able to park in front of our door but maybe snow couldn’t be shoveled for some reason but overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you.
While we only slept in this property, we found it clean, well-stocked with household supplies, and easy to access. Due to record heat, the lack of an AC was the only drawback, but fans were provided which helped. Normally AC is not needed in a mountain home as windows are sufficient at night.
