Beginning our 3rd day of a week stay in this fabulous home. Quiet neighborhood with views of the mountains, minutes from resturaunts, grocery, hiking, fishing and everything else Pagosa Springs has to offer. Home, furnishings, hot tub and everything else is brand new, and the owners have excellent taste in decor. You will be hard pressed to find a nicer home for your Pagosa vacation. This home is my new benchmark for a vacation rental. Only wish I had a month here. Maybe next year.

From all the properties we have stayed at in Pagosa over the years, this was easily the best one. The house is brand new and very well equipped. We enjoyed the hot tub, and the fenced back yard allowed our dog to roam freely and safely. We really enjoyed the location as well - lake Hatcher is just a short walk away, and there are great hiking trails in the area. I highly recommend this place. If you stay here, please help keep it as great as it is.
