Positive Latitude

Good location. Quiet. Very convenient to City Market and Walmart, as well as just a few miles to the town. (was a bit disappointed that Pagosa really didn't have walk/hike/bike trails in and around the town). The rental was great and clean and decently appointed with the critical items. Pantry and refrigerator were fairly well stocked with necessities even, which was unusual for a rental. Really nice touch to not have to purchase salt, pepper, spices, flour, sugar, etc. Outside could have used some cleaning to wipe off the furniture and remove some cobwebs, but minor gripes. We cooked alot at the rental, so some upgraded knives would have been helpful, but I understand not wanting to keep those types of things in a rental. Yard was plenty sufficient for the dogs. Well fenced in. Would rent this unit again, but doubtful we would visit Pagosa again (a little too sleepy for our tastes).

We enjoyed our stay in the Town Home. It was very clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a beautifully appointed condo with everything you could think of provided. And the views!! Just a lovely setting. It was very comfortable (loved the bed) and close to shopping and many great restaurants. All in all, very convenient. Also the trip to Wolf Creek was very easy. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful experience - the home has a wonderfully stocked kitchen and we cooked every single meal during our stay (sorry that covid kept us out of the wonderful Pagosa Springs restaurants this time). Every cooking gadget, pot/pan, baking pans, awesome oven/range, and service for eight - we put it all to use! Having a second refrigerator in the garage helped with the drinks and leftovers we accumulated. The Christmas tree was a really nice surprise!

This home was beautiful and perfect for our long weekend getaway! The kitchen is stocked with mostly anything you could possibly need for cooking. We enjoyed the gas grill and firepit on the outside patio. The fenced in backyard was perfect and allowed us to bring our dog without having any concerns, and was a decent enough size for the kids to play outside. We had two small kids that enjoyed the bunk bed. There is a huge movie collection and a few games available. We enjoyed playing ping pong and darts in the garage area while being able to watch TV as well.The location and neighborhood are also beautifully nestled into the pine trees. It felt like a mountain getaway while still being a very close drive to town. We saw deer on a few occasions when driving in or out of the neighborhood which the kids enjoyed!

The house is absolutely beautiful! It’s a high end build and very nicely decorated. The WiFi and Directv made it just like home for me. I prefer satellite or cable over streaming only option found in some rentals. There were a few hundred DVD’s as well. VIP property management was really good, great actually, to work with. Due to a back injury my wife sustained, we had to reschedule twice. They couldn’t have been more accommodating. They brought over a few items we requested and made easy to extend our stay with a few simple text. Lori is the best! This was important to to us, our last two rentals were not that good. I won’t go into it here, other then both places were owner managed. We will only rent from places that are professionally managed. I will rent with confidence from VIP in the future. The house and VIP are 5 stars!!

We loved this home. Hands-down the cleanest VRBO we've stayed in. Such a nice quite neighborhood but close to restaurants, etc. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

This is our second stay at Positive Latitude. The owners seem to think of everything in providing whatever you might need. The home is well designed and decorated. There is no air conditioning but the home is shaded and well insulated. The management will provide extra fans if you request them. We asked them to be sure we had plenty of propane for a cookout and they happily obliged. The fire table on the patio was a nice touch while relaxing on a cool evening. The home is clean and the fenced yard is nice for keeping our pups in place. The neighborhood is very quiet. Deer were grazing nearby in the early morning. Our group enjoyed all the games provided along with a competitive ping pong championship. We fished, hiked and booked some white water rafting. The Rose Cafe downtown had a delicious breakfast. My daughter rented a lake view cabin from VIP at the same time and she was very happy as well. We will definitely be staying again. Highly recommend.

We take lots of road trips with our two dogs and so we have gotten quite good at finding great houses to rent, and Positive Latitude was no exception. This was our first time in Pagosa Springs and this house was a beauty: a great jumping off place for all kinds of great adventures. The house is pristine, so comfortable and so beautifully decorated, with a great well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and a terrific fully fenced backyard for our dogs to explore. The property manager was very responsive and promptly took care of one small issue we found when we arrived. The location near the lake was great for taking our dogs for walks, with beautiful views of the snow-capped San Juan Mountains and the spectacular ever-changing southwestern sky. The house is located within an easy drive into town and all it has to offer, including the river walk, the hot springs, restaurants, shops and adventures outside of town in every direction. If we ever travel back to Pagosa, we'll be looking to book Positive Latitude!

Spotless and so comfortable. Everything was as advertised and won’t even think twice about renting this house again. Truly plenty of space and everything was super clean inside!VIP staff was very helpful and proactive and professional. A+

Newer home, very clean, comfortable(but no AC) convenient location!!! Easy check in and out, professionally managed, we would stay again!!!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this rental. It has everything you need - from kitchen equipment to extra towels to loads of movies to watch in the evenings. The fenced backyard is perfect for the pups. Don’t hesitate renting this beauty! I am sure if we are ever in the area - we’ll rent it again!!

Positive Latitude is a great place to stay when visiting Pagosa Springs. It feels like home. Looking forward to our next trip to this location.

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for relaxing but close enough to the lake and other activities.

We feel in love with this property! And we were in no hurry to leave. Super roomy and they had so many extras for us. Loved everything about this property.

The property is in a very quiet neighborhood. The home has a great lay out. The house was very clean and well stocked. I highy recomend it. Our host was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

We have stayed here several times and have always been above and beyond satisfied. Highly recommend this vacation rental.

My family and I loved it. The pictures were very accurate. It snowed while we were there and the kids got to make snowmen. The property was well maintained and had all necessary amenities available to us for use before we arrived. The showers had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water for when we needed to use them after being out in the cold weather. Comfy beds and clean sheets with plenty of extra blankets if needed.

Exactly as the pictures show except it wasn’t mentioned that the towels are big, very soft, and fluffy. Didn’t mention that there is more cookware, bakeware, cooking utensils, and gadgets than most commercial restaurant kitchens Huge - very roomy for the 6 of us - we will definitely stay here again next time we are all together in Pagosa.
